External consultants will carry out research of market for process automation in Kaliningrad district of Russian Federation employing financial assistance of EU and Lithuanian Government funds. Market research will be executed according to terms of reference developed by UAB Agava.
Plan for UAB Agava penetration into Kaliningrad market will be designed. The major task is to analyze market data and select the optimal market penetration strategy and employ strategic marketing tools.
